The history of cachopo begins in the region of Asturias, where it became popular as a peasant dish. Its simplicity in preparation and accessible ingredients made it popular among the local population. Over time, cachopo spread to other regions of Spain and today it is one of the favorite dishes in Spanish cuisine.
Our cachopo is made from high-quality beef, to which cheese and Spanish ham are added. Then we process it, the resulting cutlet is then fried until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Traditionally, it is served with delicious French fries and ketchup.
